Roof rejuvenation for asphalt shingles
Inspection first. Virginia Roof Rejuvenation evaluates existing asphalt-shingle roofs in Hampton Roads and discusses treatment only where the roof and product are suitable.
The assessment comes before the application
We look at the roof's condition and discuss its history, existing problems, and the available options. The recommendation may be treatment, repair first, or a replacement evaluation. A roof that does not qualify should not receive a treatment simply because it looks old.

What rejuvenation does not include
Treatment does not replace shingles, fix leaks, rebuild decking, or give you a new roof. VRR's minor repair service has a limited scope; more extensive work needs the appropriate roofing contractor.
Application-day images demonstrate a process, not a guaranteed number of added years. Our current application gallery identifies dealer-network footage separately from customer work.
