Minor roof repair
Small things left alone turn into big things. While we are on your roof we fix the minor faults we find, and we tell you straight when something is past minor.
What we repair
- Popped and backed-out nail heads hammered down and sealed.
- Pipe boots, vents and other penetration points re-sealed.
- A small number of cracked, lifted or missing shingles replaced.
- Minor flashing gaps sealed where the flashing itself is sound.
- Debris cleared from valleys and around penetrations.
This is the maintenance side of keeping a roof going, and it pairs naturally with rejuvenation and the annual checkup. Photos before and after, same as everything else we do.
Where the line is
We are a roof preservation company, not a roofing contractor. We do not do tear-offs, re-roofs, decking, structural work, or anything that needs a section of the roof rebuilt. We carry no repair allowance and we do not chase leaks.
Not every roof qualifies. That's why we inspect your roof first. If rejuvenation isn't right for your roof, we'll tell you. If what we find is bigger than the list above, you get the photos, a plain description of the problem, and a recommendation to bring in a licensed roofing contractor. We would rather hand the job away than take money for work that will not hold.

Common questions
What counts as a minor repair?
Work we can do from the roof surface on the day: sealing exposed or backed-out nail heads, re-sealing pipe boots, vents and other penetrations, replacing a small number of damaged or missing shingles, and sealing minor flashing gaps. If it needs decking, structural work or a section rebuilt, that is a roofer's job and we will say so.
Will this stop a leak?
We will not promise that. Sealing a penetration or replacing a cracked shingle often resolves the obvious entry point, but water travels, and the only honest way to find out is to look. If we think the source is beyond a minor repair, we tell you and point you to a licensed roofing contractor rather than guessing on your roof.
Do I have to book rejuvenation to get a repair?
No. Most minor repairs happen alongside rejuvenation or at an annual checkup, because that is when we are already up there and already looking. If you only need the repair, ask.
